Shipping and Delivery
Shortly after you place your order with Degree, you will receive an email acknowledging and confirming your order details, including shipping and delivery estimates for each item. Once your item has prepared for shipment and ships, you will receive an email that notifies you of your shipment details that include the tracking information.

Shipping
You can calculate the shipping costs before ordering by adding items to your cart and proceed to checkout - the system will then indicate the shipping charge prior to ordering and final payment. All our shipments are sent via Singapore Post.

Delivery
All shipping times are estimates, and may vary.
Below are some indications on shipping times per region via Singapore Post:
Singapore 10 days
Anywhere Else 30 days

All times are indicative, and may vary. Some products may require a longer delivery time due to size and form.

Please also note that local charges (customs duty, and sales tax) may be added to your order, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges will be borne by customers receiving their goods.

All prices are in USD and include GST unless otherwise mentioned.

Payment
You can pay online via PAYPAL using your credit card.

Payment to Delivery Procedure
Once you make a payment, you will receive a confirmation of payment from PayPal.
This is your payment confirmation as well as your order confirmation.
Post confirmation, your order will be put “In Process”, which essentially means that it is being prepared for shipping.
Once it is shipped, you will receive another email from PayPal providing you with a Tracking Number that will allow you to track the progress of your order.

Please Note
There will be no email from Degree confirming your payment, your order or shipping status. It is all managed through PayPal’s in-built system.
